We’re looking for a smart, self-driven product manager to be our first dedicated full-time product manager. We are a fast growing , nimble, but already a leader in our segment, with a large customer base, property technology start-up. This position requires flexibility and provides you with the opportunity to influence and improve any part of our product. The ones that in production and the many more to follow. You will be the person to connect the R&D to the Customers. It's a cockpit seat in our spaceship.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Fully understand the system, inside out, and being able to measure and maintain reliability and stability.
- Coordinate between teams and be the pivot to bring new products &. new features from the lab to the field, track the performance and acceptance of these new products and enable a smooth transition into large scale usge.
- Define metrics, analyze and measure KPIs and lead execution towards product and stability improvement.
- Meet with our users and stakeholders to learn about their current pain points and opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders and a skilled team of cross-functional peers to define a roadmap that balances supporting clients needs, technical capabilities, and unlocking new opportunities.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager working on B2B products (must have)
- Bachler Degree in Computer Science or similar (must have)
- Working from office in Houston (must have)
- Proven track record of launching new products and features that drive business goals
- Amazing team player
- Deep curiosity and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight, and trust
- Strong analytics skills, as well as experience doing user testing and research
- An entrepreneurial mindset - you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting things done

Our customer base (±2000 communities, ±500,000 daily users) is unheard of in general but specifically given we are a small (20 employees) bootstrap company.
